Privacy

What this site keeps.

Short version: no accounts, no cookies, no ads. Your progress stays in your own browser.

Your reading progress

The modules you've passed or skipped, and whether you've closed the coffee note, are saved in your browser's local storage under the keys rf-progress, rf-nudge and rf-nudge-in. They never leave your device. Clearing this site's data in your browser resets them.

Visitor counts

The site uses Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It records the page, the referring site, and your browser, operating system, device type and country. It sets no cookies and doesn't identify you across days or across other sites. I only see totals.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Vercel, which, like any web host, handles your IP address to serve the pages and may keep it briefly in request logs. Fonts and scripts are served from this site, not from third parties.

Email and donations

If you email receptivefield.book@gmail.com, I'll see your address and message, and use them only to reply. The Buy me a coffee button links to Buy Me a Coffee's own site; anything you enter there is covered by their privacy policy, not this one.
